A massive dust storm has swept through the Kathmandu Valley on Monday. Gusts of upto 71km/h were recorded that arrived from the western direction.
Massive plumes of dust and debris billowed into the air everywhere, forcing the people to stay indoors, while people on the streets ran to safety.
Two people have been injured at Tri-Chandra Campus area after a tree fell upon them due to the gusty wind. Another one also sustained injuries in Koteshwor, it is learnt.
