A man walking on the road of Thamel, a tourist area of Kathmandu Valley,
saw a women who was cried. According to that man, he saw two members of
Armed Police Force biting that women. Both the members of A.P.F ran
after found that, they were being watched by that man, thinking that he
is a reporter.
