Siruwa parba festival today
This festival is also known as Siruwa Pawain or simply Siruwa as it comes in the beginning of each year marking the beginning of the festivals as well. Literally, Joorshital means ‘cooling by the means of water’ so, the festival is celebrated by throwing water at each other.
