The party began at around 7.30 pm with the performance of the famous band 1974 AD. Their musical treat lasted for around two hours, following which the name of the door prizes winners were announced. The winners got travel tickets and free lunch coupons at various restaurants and hotels. Then came in Time Machine to resume the musical treat.
At the Fun Café was laid out a range of mouthwatering Continental, Indian and Thai cuisines and luscious desserts. The ice carvings too looked beautiful. As the hands of the clock slowly went past the 12th hour mark, the partygoers exchanged New Year greetings amongst each other. DJ Rocky kept grooving the audience late into the night.
Suiting everyone’s taste
What is needed to make you and your friends’ New Year’s Eve amazing? Great music? Standard crowd? Finger-licking food? Well, Himalaya Hotel, Kupondole, had it all in its ‘Fiery Night’.
With a red and white the-me, the party began at aro-und 7 pm and went on past mid-night. Everyone found something his or her taste, be it in food or in music.
