Ncell launches new promotional scheme

provider Ncell has launched “Voice Pack” for the first time targeting
pre-paid customers, under which the buyers of daily and weekly packs can
make calls at Re 1 and 86 paisa per minute, respectively.
The scheme
comes into effect from Tuesday and will last for three months. The
daily pack comprises 11 minutes of talk time and is priced at Rs11.
Similarly, the weekly pack includes 70 minutes talk time and costs Rs60.
The
prices are inclusive of all taxes. After the validity period expires or
the talk time is used up, the customers will be charged normal tariff.
Normal charge is Rs2.50 (including taxes) per minute.
“We are pleased
to introduce voice pack as a part of our commitment to provide quality
services at affordable rates. Following network modernization, we
believe the pack further adds value to our customers,” Milan Sharma,
corporate communications expert of Ncell said in a statement on Monday.
Meanwhile,
Ncell handed over cheques and certificates to the winners and finalists
of Ncell App Camp 2015. The winners were announced on December 22,
2015.
Team Unnamed (VR) had won the grand prize of Ncell App Camp
2015. It was also the winner under the “Games and Entertainment”
category. In the “Health” category, Skin Consult was the winner.
Pinpeaks and Nidarr had won the prizes under “Tourism” and “Utilities”
categories, respectively.
Amid a function here on Monday, the four
winning teams were handed over cheques and certificates, while 20 other
finalists were honoured with certificates.
Unnamed (VR) won a total
cash prize of Rs750,000 (Rs 250,000 as category winner and Rs 500,000 as
grand winner). Other three winners bagged a cash prize of Rs 250,000
each.
