Feb 6, 2016- Eight people died and six got injured in a microbus accident at Madanpur in Nuwakot on Saturday.
The microbus Ba 1 Ja 7583 en route to Trishuli from Kathmandu met with an accident at Keraunu, Madanpur-8 along the Pasang Lhamu highway.
The microbus carrying army personnel undergoing training at the Trishuli Army Training Centre, Maithali fell around 500 feet off the road, Police DSP Siddhi Bikram Shah informed. The deceased are yet to be identified. The injured have been hauled to the capital for further treatment.
